Beneficial Center was conceived as a low-profile corporate campus that blends with the rolling terrain of the New Jersey countryside. The buildings are connected by courtyards to provide a pedestrian-friendly experience that captures the feeling of an Italian village. Parking for 1200 vehicles is accommodated in 2 remote garages located along the ring road and within 2 levels of structured parking below the complex. The arrival court for the Executive Building is highlighted by a cobblestone plaza and fountain. This project was completed by the staff of Blades & Goven during their employment with another firm.
