Blades+Goven prepared a Master Plan to investigate the development potential of a 12 acre riverfront brownfield site in Fairfield County, CT. A number of development scenarios were prepared. This development scheme includes 300,000 SF of office space, 40,000 SF of retail and 100 residential units, parking for 1200 cars, a riverfront walk, marinas, water taxi to South Norwalk and a new commuter train station. The TOD or Transit Oriented Development provides public access to the waterfront.
