Blades+Goven developed construction plans for the exterior amenity areas of this 149 unit, 7 story, 70 million dollar luxury condominium in Larchmont, NY. The Cambium on Byron Place is first multi-family development in Larchmont since the 1980’s. The site features an outdoor extensive/intensive green roof garden over a parking garage. The private roof garden is accessible from the amenity spaces on the second floor. The project was completed in 2016.
