Meet the Owner

Earl Goven

As a founding principal with over 25 years of experience, Mr. Goven has been responsible for a large variety of projects in the private sector. He has demonstrated his expertise in design and environmental planning on projects that include the development of urban neighborhoods, educational facilities and multi-family residential projects. His utilization of low impact development (LID) design, infiltration gardens, and alternative storm water management techniques has been instrumental in acquiring approvals for many projects.

Mr. Goven utilizes his ability to develop quick, hand drawn, perspective sketches to help facilitate the communication of ideas during the early stages of the design process. These quick ‘storyboards’ are intended to aid in the visualization of the proposed design and to stimulate discussion during initial stages of design.
